HOW DO I ORDER A NEW INSTALL?
Just click “INSTALL” on the stoplight
on our homepage and follow the steps or print out the fax order form and fax us
your new install.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE THE
SIGN IS INSTALLED?
If we receive your order before 4pm MON-FRI we will process that order the same
day. In accordance with MN, WI, ND law, we need to notify all local utilities that
we will be digging on the property. From that point we have to wait a minimum of
48hrs before we can start the install. From beginning order to install, typically
2-4 business days.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN THE SIGN IS
IN?
We will send you an email confirmation once the install in complete. If you would
like a phone call, please include in the special instructions section of the order
and our installer will call you once the install is complete.

HOW DO I ORDER A REMOVAL?
Click “REMOVE” on the home page and
follow the steps. You can also download the fax
form and fax us the removal.

HOW WILL I KNOW THE SIGN HAS BEEN
REMOVED?
We will send you an email confirmation once the removal in complete. If you would
like a phone call, please include in the special instructions section of the order
and our installer will call you once the removal is complete.

the “Special Instructions” section.

MY SIGN HAS FALLEN DOWN OR IS
LEANING EXCESSIVELY. WHAT DO I DO?
Send us a repair order and describe the issue in
“Special Instructions”. If it is due to improper installation, we will
repair at absolutely no charge. If due to an unfortunate weather event or vandalism,
we charge a trip charge to run out and fix it.
